Kristen’s Walk to the Water

The fifth annual “Kristen’s Walk to the Water” will be held in the beautiful and historic town of Sayville at 9:30 am on Saturday, May 19, 2007 with the start line at the corner of Montauk Highway and Greene Avenue. (registration begins at 8:30 a.m.).

For the last couple of years I’ve seen the posters for this event and had no idea what it was about. Thanks to the internet I’ve been able to learn more about it this year and I have to agree with Sayville Dad and Lotus Dweller – it certainly seems like a worthy cause that people should participate in. I’m not personally involved with this event at all but I thought the people who run it wouldn’t object if I posted some links on this site.
